The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for managing the staff, providing guidance and direction, and maintaining quality control standards. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the production process.
- Ensure that production is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement quality control systems.
- Train and supervise production staff.
- Maintain accurate records of production processes and results.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Troubleshoot problems with the production process.
