Morrison Center is seeking Contracted Adult Case Managers for its increasing program in the Westbrook, Maine area. This position is a combination of working in our office and being on the road for home visits.
Contracted Case Managers have the following responsibilities:
- Completes client tasks/requirements to help clients work towards their goals
- Contracted Case Managers bill for their services. This is a fee for service position.
- Home Visits
-PCP/Assessments/Goals
-Communication/Research
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working with children or adults
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Experience working with families, experience with PCPs, EIS system preferred
This is a contracted position and does not include benefits.
Office is located in Wesbrook, Maine.

Pay: $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
