As sr. manager, brand & business – Latam Channel Development, you will be responsible for managing the expansion of the Starbucks brand and business outside our cafes in Latin America and the Caribbean by defining the region growth strategy and priorities and ensuring focus on strategic initiatives that drive the business. You will do this by working in partnership with the Nestle zone teams on at-home coffee and foodservices plans, ensuring globally developed innovation and marketing creative are implemented accretive to the brand, and as such, enabling more customers to enjoy the Starbucks brand.
As a sr. manager, brand & business – Latam Channel Development, you will…
Have end-to-end responsibility for the development of the Starbucks brand in the LAC region outside our cafes, with a current focus on at home coffee and foodservice through the Global Coffee Alliance with Nestle. Your role is to orchestrate this development as the strategic brand steward.
Define the strategic direction of brand, identify growth strategies and priorities to develop our business, through a strong knowledge of the business/category, and through successfully gaining enterprise level perspective within Starbucks. Your role is to recommend where and how we should grow and what we should prioritize.
Work in partnership with Nestle on the region and market plans, ensuring the Starbucks brand shows up consistently, and in line with our creative expression and in co-existence with our Starbucks retail business, ensuring delivery against operating plans. Your role is to influence, partner, support and collaborate with Nestle teams to ensure on brand/on plan development.
Collaborate with Starbucks LAC teams to ensure One Brand development
We’d love to hear from people with:
Progressive experience in product or brand management, 8+ years
Experience in a cross functional, business development environment, 5+ years
Experience in CPG and/or Foodservice brand management strongly preferred
A strong track record of coaching, inspiring and developing partners
MBA strongly preferred
