As our Recruiting Marketing Analyst you’ll help us successfully recruit for a broad spectrum of teammates, from Medical Assistants to Doctors and Administrative Assistants to Executive leaders.
You’ll be an integral part of the national recruitment marketing team and will contribute specifically in the areas of recruitment marketing, event marketing, candidate communications, and recruiter training. Working together we will elevate our hiring and improve the experience. All of this will ensure we hire the highest quality team delivering care to our 1.7 million patients.
You’ll drive success in your role by working on:
You’ll help manage our career social media channels, including multiple brands in Glassdoor and Linkedin.
You’ll engage with candidates and teammates through career social media channels by writing content, responding to inquiries, responding to reviews and monitoring our employment brand online.
You’ll create and run organic and paid marketing campaigns on Linkedin, Glassdoor, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to help drive event traffic and job applications.
You’ll help manage, monitor and optimize usage of our external job boards so that we ensure that we’re making the most impact with our vendor partners.
You’ll help manage and update our careers website content and create and send email marketing campaigns within our CRM and CMS systems.
We’ll work together to gather teammate stories and share them internally and externally to improve our marketing efforts and build our employment brand.
Communication & Training:
Together we’ll raise awareness of and usage of our recruiting resources.
You’ll develop training materials and conduct training for Recruiters, Hiring Managers and teammates to elevate our sourcing, interviewing, referrals and overall candidate experience.
Together, we’ll design and create event marketing materials for physician and non-physician recruitment efforts.
As a team, we’ll design and create marketing materials for our referral programs, career development programs and other unique programs.
You’ll identify and evaluate new opportunities to engage with candidates through recruitment marketing events, job boards and technologies.

Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and
