The Impact: Your input will help senior leaders develop and implement the division’s overall communications strategy, but your core responsibility will be executing direct messaging of division-related information to internal constituents. Your work will help build a consistent image and branding of the division. As part of a new and dynamic communications group, you will flex between internal and external communications. You will help employees access the right information at the right time so they can work more effectively to bring products to market.

Generate compelling and creative employee-focused content; help raise internal visibility of key projects and initiatives to positively influence employee actions and decisions.
Advise two or more division senior executives as their Communications Business Partner.
Write press releases, build reporter lists, draft pitches under mentorship of external communications lead.
Regularly generate story ideas for division homepage. Outline basic concept and direction of stories. Identify interview subjects and stakeholders for stories. Lead the editorial process from start to finish.
Assist the top-tier external communicators on the team in developing key messaging for employees, clients and media that support business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related fields
3-5 years’ experience working in a corporate environment or Corporate Communications department.
Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
Highly proficient in digital literacy.
