Bentley is looking for a passionate learning professional with an agile “can do” attitude to join our Talent Advancement team as a Talent Development & Learning Program Manager at our headquarters in Exton, PA. The Talent Development & Learning Program Manager will play a critical role in creating strategies and designing processes to further develop Bentley’s talent management practices, leadership training opportunities and continued creation and facilitation of our management training program.

Responsibilities:
Promote a culture of digital learning and a continuous learning model to assist with alignment of business and talent strategies
Design, deliver and manage high-impact management and leadership level learning programs that reinforce Bentley’s core values and core competencies.
Lead the facilitation of and manage the facilitation partners for Bentley’s internal management training program
Expand upon and facilitate the production and internal promotion of Bentley’s Talent Management practices
Become a highly credible and trusted internal learning partner that collaborates and consults with key stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the organization
Write concise, creative, and effective instruction and communications that adhere to corporate and program specific branding, guidelines and standards.
Continually explore design software enhancements and industry trends to add value to the team and organization.
Provide input and guidance to the practical application of learning solutions, analyze effectiveness and understanding, then ensure refinements/adjustments are made as necessary.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' combined work experience in the areas of learning and development, content development, content curation, and facilitation
Proven success as a coach, mentor and facilitator
Excellent skill set in written communication with a marketing mindset and design eye
Possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively in a team environment and ability to connect to learners in genuine and meaningful ways
Ability to handle multiple priorities and interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Exceptional project management skills; ability to set clear expectations, track, report, identify risks, maintain and adjust timelines as needed
Highly developed skillset in creating and managing the production workflow of in-person and virtual learning programs and interactive eLearning
Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe design and editing software
Strong experience in Adobe Connect or other virtual facilitation platform
Script development and voiceover experience
Exceptional attention to detail is critical
SuccessFactors Learn and/or SuccessFactors JAM experience a PLUS
Self-directed, big picture thinker with a passion for learning, facilitating and talent development
Ability to provide examples of content or programs created or facilitated a plus
