Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle order entry from customers and large hospitality industry clients
  • Hospitality coordination (handle return of goods and processing)
  • Incoming and outgoing customer communication
  • Reporting (manual and automated)
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertains reason for calling
  • Promote positive customer interactions and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Utilize computer technology to manage service issues and requests
  • Suggest solutions concerning or relating to customer orders
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information
  • Update customer account information

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be organized, able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Should be able to work well with a small team and under minimal supervision
  • Position works in multiple computer software programs - beginner Excel experience is required
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English and be 18 years or older
