The NISC IV program at Leidos is looking for an Program Analyst!
Leidos is currently seeking a driven, results oriented and motivated self-starter with a business improvement background to join the NISC team as a Program Analyst in support of the Federal Aviation Administration’s Fuel Storage Tank Program (FST).
Primary Responsibilities:
Day to day responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Assist FAA Program Manager with implementation issues as they arise and assist with facilitating communications with the NISC Program Office.

Work with Leads and Managers on project prioritization, provide analysis to contribute to successful outcome.

Provide support to the team by keeping track of incoming workload, updating the progress of the workload, and providing weekly and monthly status reports including charts and graphs.

Classify and summarize data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis.

Ability to revise and adjust priorities as workload fluctuates.

Collaborate with Federal Government clients to identify program needs; document necessary actions, and track milestones and timelines to support overall program execution and future development.

Collect data from multiple stakeholders in-order-to generate reports and analytics.

Other responsibilities as assigned.
Please note: This role is 75% remote and at least 25% onsite in Washington, DC as needed.
Required Qualifications:
-
BA degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be accepted/considered in lieu of degree.

Can work well with others.

Can present ideas to diverse audiences.

Ability to use MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Must be able to effectively communicate in the written and verbal form.

Can accomplish clear and concise general and technical writing and tactfully coordinate with a variety of project stake holders, peers and management levels.

Ability to conduct efficient, organized data gathering, and data analysis.

Work independently while maintaining a positive relationship.

Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
-
Effective Note taking (shorthand) in meetings. Able to emphasize and organize information.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with the FAA.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay Range $46,800.00 - $72,000.00 - $97,200.00
