OrthoArizona has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Generalist. Seeking a highly professional individual to perform duties in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, benefits management and payroll functions. This position requires a highly an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization and be sensitive to corporate needs and employee goodwill.
Additional responsibilities to include managing and tracking all employee disciplinary action including coaching, counseling and guiding managers through this process; maintaining employee personnel files; monitoring employee eligibility for benefits including reviewing plans with employees and processing enrollment, cancellations or changes. Organizes and manages annual open enrollment communications and election process.

3 to 5 years HR Generalist Experience
