Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining approved safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen, cafeteria and dining room areas. Responsible for promoting the integrity of the Nutritional Services Department while supervising employees in their daily job duties.

Qualifications and Skills

One to two years supervising experience preferably in institutional food service.
