Candidates with a strong background in Inside Sales, organization, medical sales are encouraged to apply as well. Our patient base continues to grow at an exponential rate therefore the ideal candidate will be accustomed to a fast paced working environment.
The ideal candidate will possess/or be:
- Be dedicated enough to study optical guidelines and basics at home and have the ability to apply that knowledge in the work setting
SOME responsibilities may be:
- Greet patients upon entering
- Work with patient’s insurance companies to make sure their proper benefits are applied
- Dispense, fit and adjust eyewear properly
- Prepare patients records for the doctors
- Check the status of orders and notify patients when orders are ready to be picked up
- Verify insurance and apply proper billing practices
