ADI Media is seeking top sales professionals to represent our digital/social media and traditional advertising agency. Our Business Growth Specialists must be passionate, enthusiastic, hard working professional consultants that have the ability to develop meaningful rapport with their clients.

Position Summary:

Our Consultants will find solutions for businesses that bring buyers and sellers together through all means of marketing and advertising. This will include our ESA – Explore San Antonio Magazine, Deep Dive Conferences, brand marketing, digital and social media solutions including websites, SEM, SEO, social marketing, social ads, geo-targeting, retargeting and video marketing. Our goal is to link buyers with sellers and provide effective, affordable advertising solutions to all businesses whether large or small.

  • Outside Sales Representative and Telemarketing/Appointment Generator Positions Available


  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with existing and new clients
  • Aggressively prospect and develop leads
  • Understanding the clients’ advertising needs, and develop their ideal marketing solution
  • Generating and maintaining new accounts
  • In-person or by phone/web-demos of products
  • Attending and participating in weekly sales and training meetings
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales goals and annual sales goals
  • Be able to work independently with a strong self disciplined, organized approach
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented sales environment where you are working independently but in a team environment
  • You must be goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive that demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation, Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
  • Successful completion of drug screen and background check


  • 2+ years proven successful inside/outside sales experience with a quota/commission based environment
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of the internet
  • Experience in advertising sales in media sales, telephone directory, newspaper, internet or magazine environment would be beneficial but not mandatory


  • Technically savvy and proficient user of computer or iPad
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Social Media, Keynote, Power Point and digital marketing
  • Experience in sales, marketing or business development
