This position will assist the Program Manager in providing management, leadership, and supervisory oversight of the Treatment Specialists. Assists with training and coordination of scheduling. Provides case management as assigned by leadership team. Exhibits a willingness to assist with special assignments/tasks.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, (license preferred) or related field to include Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology along with 2-3 years of experience working with SED children or children with behavioral problems and their families in a residential treatment, social service or mental health setting.
Flexible schedule to include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
