Hourly Pay: $15.95 per hour, Weekly Pay, Paid Time Off, 401(k), and Benefits for Full Time permanent employees!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2nd Shift, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, Weekend work available
Position Summary:
The Fulfillment Associate will assemble, sort, pack, and fulfill all orders for a specialty client. This employee will work with the Supervisor and Manager to assist in ensuring the quality of the product meets client, company, and buyer expectations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Performing handwork functions, kit building, order fulfillment and shrink wrapping
- Ability to effectively communicate to team members and follow the instructions on job tickets
- Effective continuous operation of the production line while meeting production expectations of pieces per shift after training.
- Packaging product with speed and accuracy.
- Meet established deadlines as set by job.
- Work quickly to resolve problems as needed.
- Keeps work area clean and always organized.
- Responsible for use of required safety equipment and complying with proper safety procedures.
- Be able to rotate to various jobs on the line.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail in assembly
- Able to work in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Able to function independently as well as part of a team
- Available to work overtime, including weekends, when required
- Work quickly to resolve problems as needed.
- Strong problem resolution skills

Physical Requirements:
- Work in a manufacturing or warehouse setting about 95% of the time.
- Work in an office setting about 5% of the time.
- Sedentary/sitting for about 5% of the time.
- Walking and standing about 95% of the time.
