*** PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GAINESVILLE, GA - A VERY CONVENIENT, REVERSE COMMUTE FROM LAWRENCEVILLE! *** The Sales Integration Coordinator role is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of lead generation initiatives and strategies identifying qualified leads to achieve company objectives and strategic goals. This role will assist the sales team in the input and management of sales opportunity pipelines through the designated sales process flow. Daily activities will focus on input and processing of new opportunities for the sales team and daily management of data integrity in CRM system. The Sales Integration Coordinator role also assists with the development and management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and sales organization reporting.


Direct Lead Generation & Qualification

Work closely with Manager, Sales Integration and sales teams to manage input and updates of sales pipeline within CRM system
Direct lead generation efforts to include government bids, MPG, etc. utilizing subscribed to resources, internet search engines, registration with organizational bid lists, etc.
Review sales opportunities to include: sales documentation (i.e. – Bids, RFPs, etc.) to further qualify as viable opportunities for communication to the sales organization
Attend and participate in area, regional and national sales meetings as requested

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System & Sales Support

Oversee management of data integrity within CRM system
Obtain, distribute and upload to company shared drives, information and documentation relative to all new sales opportunities
Maintain and update sales pipeline information in CRM system
Liaison to sales teams to ensure compliance to sales process flows and completion of daily/weekly updates and tracking of sales pipelines
Ensure accurate and timely updates to all lead generation and sales opportunities in CRM
Support sales teams on CRM system training and CRM data input guidelines

Data Management and Reporting

Manage data integrity with a high-level of consistently for all opportunities entered into CRM and forwarded through the defined sales processes
Assist team leadership with updates and submission of weekly/monthly/ad hoc reporting
Develop and manage data verification filters/tools to ensure continued data integrity in CRM
Continually maintain and update/renew lead resource registrations and subscriptions

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge & Experience

Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred
Contract experience preferred
Experience calling into Fortune 1000 accounts at CXO level
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Energy or petroleum experience a plus
