Overview:
The investor relations intern will be responsible for assisting all aspects of the investor relations program, including communication with the investment community, creating internal and external presentations, and performing ad-hoc analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
Support executives and the Director, Investor Relations and FP&A in building relationships with the investment community
Interact with senior executives such as CEO and CFO
Assist on preparation and analysis of external presentations including quarterly earnings calls, industry conferences, and non-deal road shows
Develop an in-depth understanding of Visteon’s business
Conduct market research and monitor company, peer, and industry specific research, consensus estimates, and other key financial data and market trends
Analyze sell-side analyst models to understand investment community expectations and understand variances compared with internal estimates
Accumulate and analyze data needed to respond to inquiries from analysts and investors
Track shareholder activities to identify trends in institutional stock ownership and to identify potential target institutions
Assist with the maintenance of the investor relations section of the website
Prepare materials for Board of Directors and other internal audiences on investor relations activities, share ownership, and valuation, as required
Assist with various ad-hoc research projects as needed

Required Skills:
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and carry out multiple priorities independently
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact externally with the investment community and internally with senior executives
High level of business and financial acumen

Qualifications:
3 – 5 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate finance, FP&A, equity research, or investment banking
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
MBA from top tier university or CFA preferred
Experience in technology, software, and / or automotive industries preferred

Travel:
Moderate travel may be required
