The role requires the ability to understand business processes and to problem solve at a high level with analytical skill. This position is primarily responsible for supporting operations team by analyzing and improving time and attendance as it relates to operational support. The successful candidate will be a strong self-starter who is able to manage multiple competing priorities on a daily basis. Strong communication, customer service focus and administrative skills are a must.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with our team to analyze, identify opportunities, and provide value added feedback to managers/supervisors.
  • Work with internal/external customers resolve timekeeping related issues, including forecasts.
  • Work as a team member with other technical staff, to ensure smooth operation between systems and applications.
  • Report Management: Develop, maintain and update daily variance reports, ongoing audits, and compliance and validation reports.
  • Set up training (modules) to educate end users on application procedures and best practices.
  • Work closely with finance to understand all facets of operations as it relates to financial goals
  • Review and analyze operation credit card expenditures
  • Travel may be required for on-site operational training

Education and Work Experience:

  • Understanding accounting basics preferred
  • Bachelor of Business Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of general office/business experience
  • 3 years of moderate experience with Microsoft Excel application required
  • Reporting and Analytics from different systems
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting users in a time and attendance application.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Kronos Workforce or Kronos Dimension time and attendance platform a plus.

  • Small-to-Large office environment
  • Fast paced office environment.
  • Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and client environments.

Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of a minimum of 40 lbs. of equipment. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
