Provide development and maintenance of project schedules for each business line at the APO. This includes project status (schedule/cost/performance) capture and devising up-to-date project management artifacts for the review, use and implementation by Command Cadre. Work with each division and project lead to develop and manage schedules for each business line and in order to develop and manage the APO global schedule. Utilizing project management IT tools (Primavera), the Contractor shall support the Command’s efforts to develop high-quality strategic business plans, risk analysis and resource proposals.

Objectives

Maintain a comprehensive tracking and reporting mechanism to capture and forecast cost schedule and performance of the ILS elements of the APO acquisition program, this work includes the development of project schedules for each platform; National Security Cutter (NSC), Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC), Fast Response Cutter (FRC), Boats and In-Service Vessel Sustainment.

Develop and maintain Project Management Risk Assessment Templates, Projects Schedules, Forecast Completion report Project Scheduling Support Service or metric that facilitates a comprehensive and common framework for effective enterprise management and reporting of multiple logistics development efforts in surface acquisitions.

Devise, create, and maintain up-to-date project management artifacts for the review, use and for the implementation by the Command.

Document risks based on evaluations of progress, and identify changes necessary to accomplish project objectives

Coordinate and facilitate input from project schedulers and other subject matter experts are necessary to accomplish project objectives.

Requirements

3-7 years of Project Scheduling experience required.

3-7 years of Project Management experience required

Experience managing at least 1-2 indiviuals

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Primavera OR Microsoft Project software knowledge Required

Ability to obtain a public trust within a government facility required

US Citizenship Required
