Caliber Home Loans, Inc. is a full-service national mortgage lender and agency direct seller/servicer. POSITION SUMMARY

The Leadership Development Progam Lead executes against all aspects of the Leadership Development training from strategy, to planning, implementation, evaluation and measurement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, develops, and facilitates leadership development programming that aligns with the company strategy and goals.
Partners and builds relationships with leadership and designated subject matter experts (SMEs) to gain knowledge of leadership development opportunities.
Researches, identifies and makes recommendations on third party vendors/business partners that align with the business needs, ensuring quality standards and objectives are met.
Stays abreast of learning practices and maintains a strong point of view on Leadership Development through self-development and training.
Work with senior leaders and human resources to align training goals with overall corporate objectives.
As Administrator, manage all content to include training records, training materials, online courses, in-house courses, training schedules, and other training related content.
Design and deliver training solutions using a full range of training tools and techniques including virtual, video, face to face, online/on demand, one-on-one coaching, group interactive sessions.
Plan and evaluate resources needed to meet training and development goals, including potential consultants or outside programs required to supplement in-house programs. Recommend annual budget requirements. Oversee administration of record keeping on internal and external T&D expenses and obtain proper approvals.
Identify in-house subject matter experts and program champions
Develop and executive against a marketing plan that drives program participation.
Identify metrics to assess benefits of training and quality of training and provide reports to senior leaders on progress against training objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of training/instructional design
3+ years leadership development experience
Knowledge of teaching and training principles, practices and procedures including individuals, groups, face-to-face and distance learning
Knowledge of principles and methods of curriculum development, training design and measurement of training effectiveness
Demonstrated ability to train people with a wide variety of technical and non-technical skills and backgrounds
Self-starter with initiative, strong organizational skills, project management skills, decision making and leaderships skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field a plus
