Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will stretch your strategy development, leadership, and product excellence skills by supporting video, acting as a player-coach and help grow video investment across a group of priority accounts in one of our high opportunity verticals. To do this, you will wear many hats: guiding the internal business strategy while acting as external video thought leader, creative strategist, and product specialist inspiring your priority clients and their agencies to use our platforms more effectively to solve their business objectives. You are professional, reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about YouTube and want to help accelerate the vertical’s growth.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities
Create and execute strategic video business plans for priority accounts and the vertical at large to deliver on annual and quarterly business growth.
Partner with teams to deliver best-in-class video pitches, C-level meetings, and client/agency engagements or immersion workshops to grow media and creative effectiveness.
Be the video expert and thought leader that helps clients solve their business objectives through our platforms and products, by inspiring new solutions and/or helping them build better creative and media strategies.
Facilitate business and/or problem solving discussions with clients and their agencies.
Partner with teams to create and activate plays/pitches that enable the vertical at large to pitch more effectively.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of work experience in digital advertising sales with focus on video sales.
Experience in the online marketing landscape and the TV marketplace.
Experience with Google’s video products and platforms (YouTube, Google Video Partners etc).

Preferred qualifications:
Proven track record of driving video business growth from TV to YouTube, promoting Google Preferred and signing Display & Video Incentive Programs.
Seen as a thought leader who is a passionate advocate for YouTube and our products.
Proven ability to independently drive work streams with limited supervision.
Proven track record of growing video business growth.
Outstanding ability to present to executives and communicate with management team.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
