Physical Therapy Aide
Fox Chapel Physical Therapy seeks qualified candidate for Physical Therapy Aide position in our busy practice. PT Aide provides support to physical therapists and assists in various aspects of patient care and administration.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and flexibility required. Experience in medical exercise preferred; college degree or related coursework in medical exercise science a plus. Ideal for recent college graduate with interest in physical therapy or healthcare.
Duties
- Taking direction from Physical Therapists and assisting in patient care
- Maintain flow of clinic
- Office Duties
- Following HIPAA and facility guidelines with patient information, privacy, and respect.
- Various other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- High level of professionalism and professional appearance;
- Critical attention to detail and multitasking skills;
- Experience in medical exercise or interest in physical therapy and healthcare;
- Experience in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy;
- A high school diploma or equivalent
