Summary
We are looking for smart, talented, and enthusiastic people to join our sales team. This position is about using your Sales & Networking experience to sell the benefits of the network to local businesses in need of our offerings.
Moxey provides resources for its members with a goal to deliver three things most important to businesses; New Customers, Better Cash Flow, and Happier Employees. Another way to phrase it, we are a business-to-business trade exchange that helps small to medium size businesses thrive.
As a 1099 Rep, you will sell target businesses and sell membership into the Moxey business community throughout Louisiana and surrounding states.
Compensation
Moxey will provide aggressive monthly commissions with residual earning opportunities, with no cap to your earning potential. You will be provided a healthy – multiple sales target territory to grow.
On Target Earnings will be $110k with uncapped bonus and commission opportunity.
Responsibilities
You’ll contact prospects, set appointments, demonstrate our technology, negotiate agreements, and secure new business members. You will be accountable for hitting weekly metrics that lead to selling Moxey memberships, with support from our leadership, member success team, and your sales manager.
- Develop relationships with local business owners and show them the value of the network.
- Continually improve sales productivity by educating business owners.
- Listen and then lead businesses in recognizing their needs and fostering business transactions within the network.
- Bring passion to change the way people buy and sell goods.
- Full life-cycle experience of the sales process from prospecting to close.
- Ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships within small and medium-size businesses.
- Must be people-oriented, aggressive, sales driven, a team player, and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to build excellent client relationships.
- Pipedrive CRM software available to maintain pertinent account details including working knowledge of using digital and social media.
- Excellent written and oral/presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with contract decision makers.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines including sales targets.
- Proven track record in sales/customer service related fields.
- B2B sales experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
