Looking for a Full Time Social Worker for our tele medicine Call Center.

Responsibilities:

The Social Worker is responsible for assessing, counseling, intervening, implementing and educating the patient, family/significant others to facilitate movement throughout the continuum of care.

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual: English and Russian
  • Recent Graduates can apply with license
  • Must have a License in NY
  • Have excellent customer service
  • Computer Skills is a Must
  • One-year experience in a clinical setting performing clinical social work preferred.
