FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Classification: NOT Salaried Management Personnel or Management Personnel

Position Summary:
The Guest Service Expert is responsible for assisting all other managers in regards to daily front house operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Guest Service Expert include, but are not limited to:
Assist managers in training new and existing cashiers
Delegates and completes dining room and restroom cleaning task.
Follows food safety standards
Helps ensure drive thru and front counter areas are stocked and ready for shifts.
Focuses on all aspects of ensuring guests receive great service.
Assist with problem resolution for guest complaints and questions
Helps manager with posting POP for new promotions
Completing other assigned task delegated by manager

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Be able to stand for 4 to 8 hours
Be able to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds
Be able to reach over head
Be able to work at a fast pace
English language proficiency
Continuing Education as deemed necessary by the Company
