IMMEDIATE OPENING: Miracle-Ear in Lafayette, LA is looking for an experienced call center representative. Outbound calling experience is a MUST! If you have experience in collections or inside sales, this may be the perfect position for you. This person will make outbound calls to set appointments from a database list and manage the schedule for multiple clinics.
Required Skills:
- Inside sales or phone sales experience is a plus
- PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL and ARTICULATE phone voice
- Competitive Spirit
- Strong computer skills (word, excel, internet)
- Experience in computerized scheduling of appointments,
- Ability to multi-task and schedule appointments in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the elderly and show empathy when needed
- Work with a sense of urgency at all times
