The Role
The Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing Manager’s role is to enhance the recruitment marketing effectiveness of a global team that recruits people from 8 regional groups, into client facilities in 31 countries. Specifically we are looking to improve our reach in strategic job categories, advertising spend ROI, and candidate pipeline quality and quantity.

The RMM will cultivate relationships to understand strategic business priorities, then develop systems to ensure that tactical talent sourcing activities are aligned to and create positive hiring results against strategic priorities.

The RMM must be an effective problem solver who can compile, analyze and apply data insights, marketing technique, labor market trends and opportunities to build deep talent pipelines and best practices across the geographical teams.

This role is both the Art & Science of Sourcing. The Art is our story and storytelling, our candidate experience and inspirational leadership. The science is funnel metrics, total addressable market and dashboards management.

Key Accountabilities
Improve the definition, alignment and effectiveness of programs and team members to help them find consistent streams of talent across multiple global markets and job types.
Work with client EVP/Branding, marketing vendors, TA program leaders and recruiting teams to generate more candidates for strategic pipelining efforts.

Work with Regional Recruiting Leaders to:
Segment out sourcing needs by type, region, and geography for both difficult-to-fill and strategic needs.
List, prioritize, develop and drive usage of appropriate
EVP and Branding
Recruiter-executable marketing pieces
Passive candidate funnels using AI and CRM technologies
Perform regular brand audits of materials being used/delivered by RPO team members.
Structure work for ‘sourcing recruiters’ assigned to specific regions to ensure they have the tools and marketing to succeed.
Examine local advertising budget, spend and ROI, and evaluate new opportunities in each regional market.
Develop ad hoc programs that work for their needs, and to find best practice marketing that will work across multiple regions.
Ensure that new team members get brand and marketing training
Work effectively with Corporate EVP and other teams to effectively localize recruiting efforts.
Interface with Korn Ferry regional teams to ensure we’re taking advantage of learning, program initiatives and relationships being developed in various regions for our use or other clients.
Develop expertise in the use of AI/CRM and other tools for the sourcing team and improve recruiter use of the tool set.
Develop reporting, effectiveness and ROI calculations to help steer future efforts.
