Some Spider Studios is a fast-growing media & entertainment company backed by top VC’s and serial entrepreneurs Marc Lore and Vinit Bharara. Marc and Vinit previously co-founded Diapers.com and sold it to Amazon. Marc more recently founded Jet.com and sold it to Walmart, where he is CEO of Walmart.com.

We’re currently home to three channels: Scary Mommy (largest women with kids brand online); CAFE (led by popular national figure Preet Bharara, host of chart-topping pod “Stay Tuned”); and The Dad (fastest growing new brand for men with kids) – all built for mobile, social and streaming.

for exceptional talent who will join us on our mission to build iconic multimedia brands that lead their space.

About the Role:
Some Spider is looking for an experienced Client Services Lead to oversee the development and growth of a team of Client Service Managers and ensure the greatest quality of service for all of our clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who embraces data and uses it to derive actionable insights to ensure success on all projects presented.

Responsibilities:
Hire and manage a strong group of Client Service Managers
Oversee and implement brand lift and direct response measurement studies internally and in concert with measurement partners
Analyze data, deliver results and advise on optimization
Run and optimize media campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc)
Ensure all components of media campaign execute flawlessly through partnership with colleagues such as content studio, editorial staff, etc
Collaborate effectively cross functionally and with all levels of management (internally and externally)
Work as liaison between client/agency and in-house content studio on branded content story ideas ironing out scripts, casting, concepts, and post-production so as to develop best-in-class branded content

Requirements:
5+ years of customer-facing business experience in a dynamic, changing environment, preferably in the digital media space
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client focus, interaction, and resolution experience
Proven experience with the industry or business trends in the industry (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
Ability to confidently present to external clients
Understanding of major advertising success metrics
Avid knowledge of competitive set
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
