Expected Starting Salary Range: 41.10 - 52.27
SUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Identifies and develops talents of employees based upon current and future business objectives. Identifies required skills within the organization and develops training and procedures to ensure the current skills remain within the organization.
SCOPE: Clients and key stakeholders are organizational leaders and senior leaders. HR Business Partners HR support for client group Leaders; Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters; as well as coaching; HR process expertise and other general HR activities.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy and Program Development
Work with clients and key stakeholders through out the enterprise to establish strategic and cultural interventions direction in line with our vison, mission, core values and strategic plans. Serve as a change agent; assist in facilitating the transformation of the organization. In partnership with clients, develop plans and practices to effectively manage and sustain improvements.
Apply behavioral science and organization behavior principles to increase organizational effectiveness. Lead cross-functional teams to solve enterprise challenges to make a positive, tangible impact on the organization. Facilitate the methodology for organizational and structural design, including the due diligence, analysis, consultation and guidance of complex or multi-divisional organizational design and restructuring to ensure the organization is structured optimally to execute the strategic plan.
Effectively diagnose organizational systems and performance through the application of organizational development assessments. Provide consultation, recommendations, and interventions with to clients to address individual, team, or organizational needs. Provide business and performance consulting to improve overall organizational health, financial and operational performance.
Administration and management of the employee engagement survey program to identify organizational challenges and, in partnership with key stakeholders, establish strategies and deploy solutions to enhance engagement, retention, and organization performance.
Implement measurement plans to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives and ensure sustainment of improvement from interventions Develop recommendations for program improvements based on trends identified in the evaluation process. Lead the generation of ideas and approaches to improve the effectiveness of existing programs and create new programs.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 - 7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
Preferred:
Experience in Organization Development
