The Opportunity:
The ESG Marketing Specialist will join Good360s marketing team at an exciting inflection point in the organizations 40-year history as it distributed more than $2.5 billion in donated goods to those in need in 2022 alone and is forecasted to grow further in 2023. This is a new role on the marketing team of Good360, reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Programming and will help support and implement the development of new strategic initiatives internally and with corporate partners while addressing their unique ESG priorities.
The selected candidate will possess a strong foundation in communication, project management, research, relationship building, and a passion for driving environmental and social impact. They should have a strong understanding of ESG principles, be able to interpret data, and tell a strong story around overall impact.
Good360s in-kind giving model leverages the strength of both corporate partnerships to get donated goods to where they can do the most good. Our corporate supporters include Amazon, Walmart, UPS, CVS Health, Lowes, Tempur Sealy International, Nike, The Home Depot, GAP, Inc., Hasbro, and many other major corporations.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting key ESG-related metrics, including creating an annual Good360 sustainability report.

Assess and analyze ESG-related data input and analysis. Experience using Microsofts Power BI and/or Esri is a plus.

Keep up to date with ESG trends and industry best practices and assist in developing programmatic opportunities for Good360s corporate stakeholders. Look for new or better ways to engage with key partners.

Help conceptualize, track, and report on highly marketable and impactful programs.

Create and update collateral to socialize opportunities to collaborate with companies to meet their ESG goals.
- Assist in the creation of assets to publicize the successful work of strategic programming.

Support Good360s marketing team on various ESG projects and support the ongoing evolution of Good360s sustainable practices.
Position Requirements
- Entry level with relevant marketing, sustainability, ESG/CSR, or other relevant experience and/or education.

Knowledge of and passion for ESG initiatives and a desire to activate those principles to help fulfill Good360s mission to close the need gap.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate organizational value in a clear and inspiring manner.

Sound logic and research abilities to identify connections and connect dots in creative, innovative ways.

Ability to manage projects from inception to completion in a collaborative environment.

Research and data analytics experience using public data sets or data easily tracked by Good360 and its partners.
- Strong team collaborator with the ability to create bridges with key stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external partners.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Graphic design experience preferred (Adobe Create Suite or Canva).
- Degree preferred.
