Position Responsibilities\Requirements:
Reports to head of global workforce analytics, you are a data and analytics expert with a business-oriented mindset. You are obsessed with identifying all possible data points based on their potential to impact overall organizational goals. You may have a background in database management and the support and use of transactional workforce systems such as an HRIS and/or ATS.

You are masterful at developing partnerships with internal and external teams, and can effectively manage relationships with multiple systems owners to foster a cohesive approach to leveraging the proper analytics tools. You intrinsically understand how to use technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies, and are comfortable defining technical requirements, implementing new systems, and deploying technology to the rest of the organization.

You know that good data means clean data, so you are a master of data management, following data governance best practices, performing regular assessments of existing HRIS integrations and making recommendations for improvement. In addition, you have experience using cloud-based workforce intelligence applications to provide quick, accurate, and always up-to-date answers to customer requests and other important workforce and business queries.

Intellectually curious and detail oriented, you begin every data query with questions around business need and workforce impact. You will work together with Analysts to develop algorithms and processes that go beyond simple metrics. A champion for predictive analytics, you are able to accurately assess risk, model both long and short-term outcomes, and evaluate the implications in a complex business environment.

Day In The Life
As the owner of onboarding new data modules to Visier (FIS' core workforce analytics tool) from multiple internal data sources, you will partner with the project manager, vendors and internal systems owners to prioritize, scope and manage an aggressive data onboarding initiative.
Design advanced data queries/metrics based on customer needs. This may require you to develop the right algorithm to extract information from several different HR information systems.
You spend time validating workforce data for a customer, collaborating with Analysts to ensure that the information extracted answers critical business questions.
Regularly meet with Analysts and various business leaders to capture data analysis and reporting requirements. Then, manage expansion of existing data feeds to Visier and make recommendations for inclusion of new data sources required to achieve strategic talent objectives.
Throughout the day, you are also looking after your core technology, whether it's the implementation of new data sets into the workforce intelligence solution or validating new features or custom content that has been provided by the vendor.
Proactively manage user security roles for Visier, FIS' global people analytics tool - including the corporate recertification process, new user setup and maintenance to existing user accounts.
