Core Job Responsibilities
Create and harvest demand for ADD clinical solutions by executing the ADD selling model, gaining customer investment in ADD clinical solutions, and directly supporting the implementation of those solutions through direct data mining, data evaluation, and customer consultation and training.
Develop and maintain expertise on evidence based clinical guidelines for various patient populations and lab services. Convert this expertise into customer and organizational learning.
Lead the utilization management implementation including data mining, data interpretation, report generation, and customer implementation.
Lead the execution of Utilization Business Intelligence, including implementation of dashboards and scorecards, customer coaching on scorecard interpretation, and customer support in gaining clinical guideline compliance with physicians
Lead the implementation and utilization of other ADD clinical solutions to include training, rules writing support, and process management
Educate doctors, lab leaders and C-suite regarding best clinical practice processes through 1:1 discussions, presentation in key ADD events, and white paper / case study development.
Capture, document, and publish evidence of emerging best practice in clinical utilization (process, principles, guidelines, etc.) to further advance the ADD brand as a Transformational Leader in healthcare
Position Accountability / Scope
This position will interface directly with senior healthcare leaders (C-Suite, Medical Directors, Pathologists, etc.) and policy makers (Ministry of Health, Clinical Practice Experts, etc.) The responsibility spans to include shaping the clinical perspectives and behaviors of these constituents to improve care and the cost to deliver it.
The position will be tasked with $3-5MM sales annually; however, will impact the potential over-all costs to customers in a magnitude of 10X this amount.
The position will be responsible for ensuring the value promised by solutions is measurable and delivered in each institution. This will include be actively engaged with behavioral and operational elements of clinical care teams.
