Full Job Description
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field.
Preferred 1-4 years experience working in a professional marketing environment and familiarity with planning special events, social media sites, content creation and copywriting for digital mediums.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Strong writing background and computer skills.
Organizational skills and ability to work within a team environment a must.
Medical background a plus.
Organize and work all special events for Clinic.
Maintain specialty advertising items and the printed/collateral materials. Keep up-to-date inventory on computer, make recommendations for new items as needed, handle order fulfillment and distribute materials as requested.
Distribute all internal and external mail on a daily basis from mail box and received via courier. Complete requisitions for office supplies, check requests, work orders and internal printing as needed. Process bills for payment after signed and log onto expenditures spreadsheet. Generate invoices as needed.
Respond to online reviews as needed and send to the appropriate department/person to handle.
Work with departments/physicians on sending monthly e-mail blasts to patients and pulling email list & stats as needed.
Generate copy and work with marketing department to produce monthly issue of Health e-news electronic newsletter. Work with designers as needed to improve graphics via Constant Contact. Expand reach by adding email addresses to specialized lists.
Assist with integrating marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms including all social media, internal & external websites.
Work with marketing team to implement requested projects, work special events and use PR skills to accomplish departmental goals
