Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our residential plumbing and electrical service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either plumbing or electrical, a proven track record in managing teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive operational efficiency and growth.

$70-$85 base + bonuses up to $100-$110k

Team Management: Oversee a team of 3-7 technicians, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and employee development.

Operational Efficiency: Implement and optimize operational processes to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, timely response, and problem resolution.

Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate sales leads, and close deals.

Financial Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance.

Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards, adhering to industry codes and regulations.

Equipment and Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels, schedule equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

On-Call Responsibilities: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.

3-7 years of managerial experience in the residential service industry.

Proven track record in plumbing or electrical trade with a strong understanding of residential systems.

Experience in sales and customer service.
