Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Kent, WA! Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and organizational skills. This position supports the annual recruitment strategy of Therapeutic Associates (TAI) and executes tasks related to recruiting and on-boarding of new hires across the company. This position promotes company history, services and culture to potential and active team members and fulfills duties within HR and Marketing. The Recruiting Coordinator acts as liaison between clinics and applicants to support communication and process flow and works directly with the Lead Recruiter and Human Resources Director and in conjunction with the Director of Professional Development to ensure that TAI’s recruiting and hiring process is efficient, compliant and comprehensive.

Compensation for this position will be $17-20/hour DOE + benefits.

EDUCATION

  • Requires AA or bachelor’s degree.

EXPERIENCE

  • Recruiting experience not required, but at least 1 year of experience in a service-oriented, relationship-building role required. Ideally seeking 1+ year experience in recruiting and/or HR, preferably in healthcare.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Requires ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally (in one-on-one and group situations) and in writing.
  • Must develop and maintain positive and constructive interpersonal relationships. Seeking candidates who feel comfortable working independently but also embrace collaborative teamwork.
  • Requires excellent organizational, leadership and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time. Must demonstrate ability to adapt easily to changes in work assignments and environment; willingness to assume additional responsibility and learn.
  • Must be comfortable with regular email and telephone communications and demonstrate appropriate etiquette in both venues.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Must possess ability to maintain compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations and effectively communicate those guidelines to others.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour
