Printed circuit board supplier hiring Office Assistant. Plenty of opportunities to grow within our organization. The office assistant needs to perform multiple functions:
- Make outgoing sales and customer service calls. Answer incoming calls.
- Follow up with sales leads and customers.
- Quote for customers.
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Enter orders and issue invoices.
- Collect payment. Be responsible for account payable.
- Communicate with customers about order status
- Post sale support to customer
- Other office work to support sales, engineering, purchase and managers.
- Comfortable making cold calls.
- Very detail-orientated. Can perform tasks with high accuracy.
- Very responsible.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Comfortable working in a small company environment with minimal supervision.
