Job Summary:

Duties:
- Assist customers in finding the products they need, providing recommendations, and answering questions.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate this knowledge effectively to customers.
- Manage cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and replenishing inventory.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to increase sales and drive loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services, and be able to effectively communicate these to customers.
- Utilize technology, including POS systems and inventory management software, to enhance customer experiences and improve sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to store goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other sales associates to achieve team goals and support a positive store culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and master POS and inventory management software.
