The following student position is a part of IBM's EPIC (Employment Pathways to Interns & Co-ops) Student Program. This position is only open to students registered in a University or College program, who have completed a minimum of 2 years of their degree or diploma program, and who must be returning to full-time study upon the completion of the temporary IBM work term.

The following job responsibilities for IBM GRC OpenPages Application Development Co-op include:
We’re seeking innovative students looking for a 6-8 month internship in exciting and high paced agile and scrum development environment. Your role will be primarily on front end (UI) software development, while helping out software deployment and testing as needed. As a member of IBM Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) OpenPages Application development team, you will contribute directly to design, implementation, and test, deployment of new features, functions, and integration points of Risk Analytics. You will also have an opportunity to work closely with product management, quality assurance, design, and operation teams. Candidate should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work under minimal guidance with demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Your collaboration and proactive communication skills will be fundamental to the overall team success of the project you work on.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrates verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Demonstrates proactive communication skills, and have collaboration experience.
Knowledge of and experience with Responsive Web Design, MobX, GiT, React, Jest
