Title JR. IT Recruiter – Sourcing

Our client is seeking an energetic and creative canditate to join their our growing recruiting team. This role will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing top talent into the organization through creative sourcing channels. This position will be responsible to recruit high volume and difficult-to-fill positions at all levels.
Partner and learn from the Talent Acquisition Staff (Recruiters, Sr. Recruiter, and TA Lead) to understand the business, the strategy and the message delivery to potential candidates
Leverage and develop a wide variety of creative sources for talent; job boards, social media, job fairs, campus, community groups, technical councils, etc.
Build a deep pipeline of candidates for specific client requirements.
Build and maintain a diverse network externally to pull from for talent.
Qualify candidates through effective behavioral based interviews.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Internship to one year of experience in Recruiting (IT/staffing recruiting a plus), Human Resources, and/or Consulting required.
Excellent sourcing skills using a variety of creative sourcing techniques.
Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills.
Experience working with social media and personal networks to identify candidates.
Ability to work in a high pace growth environment.
Driven for results and high achievement while maintaining a positive, can do attitude.
Strong self-starter and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
