MVM is in search of an energetic Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our corporate recruiting team in Ashburn,VA. The Senior Recruiter will put in place recruitment strategies in order to reach a diverse pool of viable candidates for high-volume positions, while occasionally interacting with outside staffing agencies during surge periods.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Develop or modify outreach strategies designed to recruit targeted staff.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively implement outreach strategies designed to encourage and foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Assesses applicants’ qualifications by reviewing candidate resumes, interviewing candidates, documenting and analyzing interview responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements, and verifying references.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of the recruitment efforts and provide recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Maintaining databases in order to provide accurate and timely program information required for reports.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field AND eight (8) years of experience in a Recruiting Department.
Minimum of five (5) years’ full-life-cycle recruiting for government contracts.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft products.
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline oriented environment.
Requires the ability to actively provide recruiting support to multi-site operations.
Knowledgeable of applicable state, federal, and local laws and regulations associated with employment practices and hiring.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and follow through successfully.
Familiarity with the online applicant tracking system Workday PREFERRED.
