These are the test that will be performed during this project
- Point of care tests like blood drop and nasal swabs that you run the test yourself on site
- Blood draw for lab send out tests (phlebotomy experienced required)
- EKG
- Eye exam
- Vital signs
- Health screenings

- Van Nuys/Mission Hill CA (Property Search Active Start Date 10/1 or sooner)
Employment Type- Part Time
Pay-$40Hr
Availability-Must be able to work weekends
Certification Requirements:
- LVN License
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- BLS with American Heart Association
- Patient bedside experience preferred (preferred but not required)
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
Covid Vaccines: DocGo requires the Covid Vaccines. If hired, you must be able to provide proof of vaccinations.
Job Duties:
- Properly obtain and document medical histories
- Obtain consent, check patient history, and administer immunizations
- Complete documentation of assessment and/or interventions of patient
- Responsible for home health visits
- Minor troubleshooting of test systems and takes appropriate action according to predetermined protocols
- Identifies problems which may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and take appropriate action including supervisor notification
- Performs all relevant diagnostic tests as required
- Performs venipuncture as required
- Complete accepted medical forms
- Conduct weekly equipment check in exam rooms and report any equipment malfunctions
- Code Medical exams as needed
- Administer vaccines
- Administer medication to patients and measure vital signs.
- Monitor the patient’s progress and changes in behavior.
- Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols
- Recognizes situations which require the immediate attention of a physician or emergency care
- Interact with patients and their families in a compassionate manner
- Interact with clinicians, other health professionals and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Effectively communicate and interact with patients and or agencies
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Maintain the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information as dictated by HIPAA laws
- Any other duties as directed by Management
