We are looking for an experienced Contract Campus Recruiter to support our Clients Wealth Management Analyst Campus Program. This individual will be responsible for Full Time and Summer Analyst recruiting efforts from undergraduate schools as well as managing the Full time two year analyst program.
This position is a contract role and must be located in the New York City Area.
Campus Recruiting Responsibilities include the following:
Coordinate and supervise various aspects of the campus recruiting effort at undergraduate schools for the WM business
Liaise with Divisional Management on headcount, recruiting strategy and implementation of campus initiatives
Work with school teams to define and execute the recruitment strategies at their schools
Plan and host all recruiting events (receptions, dinners, hotels, transportation, attendees, etc.) at core schools
Coordinate first and final round interviews including but not limited to identifying and arranging interviewers, arranging schedules and overseeing the offer decision process
Participate in the planning and execution of diversity initiatives
Further develop and manage strategies for expansion schools
Serve as primary candidate contact/liaison throughout recruiting season
Perform & develop tracking system updates, divisional metrics reports and budget planning for Divisional Management
Develop and implement all aspects of the Summer Program including but not limited to the performance evaluation process, social events, senior speaker events and mentor program
Manage onboarding process
Program Management Responsibilities include the following:
Have ownership of FT analyst program (2 classes at a time) which includes three eight month rotations, working with COO’s for businesses, WM coverage and the class directors in determining the placements.
Manage final placement process for all analysts
Manage onboarding process
Liaise with other departments (i.e., Legal, Compensation, Benefits) as necessary to resolve issues.
Manage review process for all rotational analysts
Support the “year-end” process including Performance Evaluations, Compensation decisions, and Promotions
Participate in the development and implementation of corporate, divisional, and Human Resources policies, programs, practices, and processes and communicating so employees and managers clearly understand purpose and expectations.
