Work with Pricing, Buying and Market Management teams to gain an in depth understanding of pricing strategies and the competitive landscape.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the business and actively seek the ideas of others' differing perspectives.
Leads work of other Analysts in assigned geographic or business segment of inventory control.
Conducts special studies and reports related to assigned suppliers performance and inventory levels. Recommends solutions that may include changing suppliers, increasing or decreasing inventory levels and reorder points. Handles most complex problem with suppliers.
Conduct advanced competitive analyses to evaluate competitive pricing and overall strategy effectiveness
Develop data queries and reporting in support of pricing and promotional strategies. Assist in execution of developed strategies.
Conduct in depth pricing reviews on a routine and ad hoc basis Deliver additional analyses on key performance drivers to support continuous improvement.
Explore new analytical models, data sources, or strategies to drive performance improvement. Develop or enhance analytical tools, such as models, reports, and dashboards, to monitor performance and drive ongoing execution for your respective department-Sales, Sourcing, Fixed Operations, or Human Resources

Advanced Excel (Macros)
Exposure to or foundational knowledge of SQL
Strong analytical skills; can leverage detailed data to answer business questions; understands how to dissect a complex question and identify the relevant insights.
Ability to compile and subsequently analyze large quantities of data.
Can build framework to solve complex business problems. Ability to evaluate and change priorities often.
Ability to build and troubleshoot financial/business models through research and analysis.
Retail Automotive industry experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Demonstrated top-caliber analytic and problem-solving skills.
History of achievement indicated by work experience/accomplishments, top GPA or other recognition such as scholarships, awards, honor societies, etc.
