This position supports the Laurel Primary Care Practice. As a member of the care team, works to provide patient-centered care delivery. Greets and directs patients; answers telephone; schedules all types of services; obtains and edits demographic and insurance information, collects payments, updates/documents/processes medical records, follows work-flow processes for all patient encounters, orders and restocks office supplies.
Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous office experience required. Previous physician office experience preferred. Experience with electronic health record preferred.
