As our company is approaching the beginning of our next school year, we are in need of extra administrative support during this busy season. We are looking to bring on three (3) hard working individuals from 8-1pm, M-F, to assist with electronic paperwork and data entry within our databases. Position with be held within our Plymouth office and full training will be provided. Rate of pay for this position will be $16.00 per hour and would be from August 19th - October 11th. There is an opportunity to remain on as a permanent employee if both parties feel it is a good fit after the temporary period concludes!
Reporting directly to the District Administrator, this role will ensure all paperwork is within our CRM system and completed thoroughly for each student. They will also be responsible for data management and facilitating communication to school districts. All of these tasks involve using LearnWell’s custom created database (Salesforce), MS Word and MS Excel. This is a highly independent role yet housed within a very collaborative team. Candidates will need to be resilient, organized, and thrive in a collaborative, metric environment.
Customer support experience and comfortability on the phone is a must. Bachelor’s degree required, all other tasks will receive hands on training.
