Note: Although this position is listed as Work from Home, auditors travel daily due to the requirements of the position.

Work from Home is 10% of the position and Travel is 90%.

As a floor plan audit analyst you will conduct precise inventory audits for all floor plan relationships to verify dealer trust compliance and bank policy compliance. In addition, you will act as a support person for the dealer wholesale product. In this role you will be responsible for the following functions:

Audit all dealership inventory pursuant to bank policy, which includes physically inspecting all dealer vehicles for serial number, excessive wear, damage
Determine purchaser, finance source and delivery date for all sold inventory
Determine and notate location and user of any unseen inventory
Verify and inspect all required documentation for any unseen vehicles
Verify dealer has a MSO/Title for any unseen units
Prepare and review inventory audit summary reports with the dealer contact

Knowledge of auto industry and accounting a plus
Job involves daily travel locally, state-wide and nationally with frequent air travel and overnight stays. (Travel locations may change with little to no advanced notice)
Strong organization and time management skills

High degree of integrity demonstrated by honesty and accountability
Demonstrates professionalism and diplomacy as well as ability to interact with individuals at various levels
Strong customer service skills
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Strong PC skills with working knowledge of Excel, and Word
Valid Driver's License is required
