E-Commerce Marketplace Manager

Objective: Seeking motivated leaders to join our team as we grow and adapt to the changing needs of our clients and the e-commerce marketplace. Hiring for attitude and drive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Embrace lean culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible service to clients
  • Support and manage business with Amazon.com
  • Provide phone and email support for new and existing Amazon.com business partners
  • Build and maintain Amazon catalogs
  • Troubleshoot Amazon marketplace issues through independent research
  • Write product listing copy
  • Create and run marketing campaigns through Amazon Marketing Services
  • Light office duties
  • Receive and distribute communications
  • Office organization
  • Basic phone and email customer support
  • Some domestic travel (1-3 weeks per year)


  • Experience with E-Commerce
  • Knowledge of the Amazon Marketplace - 3P and/or 1P
  • Strong desire to learn and improve
  • Self-starter and independent thinker
  • Creativity and problem solving ability
  • Organizational, communication and follow-up skills
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Photoshop, Google Suite)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong creative writing and verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
