Title: Technical Program Manager (Real time Communications)
Client Location : Austin/TX
- Drive timelines and aim for on-time delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work.
- Effectively manage scope creep
- Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc.
- Set meeting agenda and provide appropriate follow-up communications!
- Be initial point of project escalation and understanding when to escalate up as needed.
- Align and track project resources and tasks.
- Effectively partner with the Solutions Architect and Development team.
- Collaborate with the other team members from delivery team.
- 10+ years of technical project experience in communication projects
- Good knowledge on Agile project management methodology
- 2+ years’ experience in devops or JIRA
- Experience in Networking and Communications protocols (SFTP)
- Nice to have cloud Networking, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Exposure to CPaas, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communications services, telephony, Audio codes, Video codes, OPUS, RTC, Real time communications
- Excellent work ethic with willingness to learn from team members.
- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Leverage Agile Development best practices in project activities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $108,762.27 - $130,982.52 per year
