On any given day you might

  • Foster a close relationship with client senior management
  • Lead strategic plan development to grow client business, and generate incremental billings and income
  • Participate in major client presentations and identify other contacts to strengthen the agency/client relationship
  • Oversee the planning process, including situation analysis, brand planning, and marketing plan development
  • Evaluate performance and skill level of account group and recommend necessary changes to support client needs
  • Develop, train and oversee 2 to 3 Account Supervisors

  • Has outstanding public speaking skills and experience
  • Can foster strong, cohesive working interdisciplinary teams
  • Uses an alternative analytical approaches to solve digital/interactive/marketing problems
  • Can define solutions that generate measurable results for our clients'
  • Has a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar accounts
  • Has experience with various projects types, including web, mobile, video, brand, social, and strategic consulting
You bring

  • 6+ years' digital agency experience
  • Experience managing large creative teams and clients
