Responsible for data collection, tracking, and trending as well as other administrative support activities for the needs of Primary Health Care Inc. clinical and non-clinical departments and grant funded programs. Understand, use and troubleshoot PHC’s health information technology applications used for data collection. Using data and health IT applications capabilities, able to identify and provide feedback to improve or resolve issues related to department processes and data integrity. Coordinates with PHC team members to provide positive service experiences for patients.
Minimum requirements include:
Associates degree in a related field such as business, health information technology, or a healthcare related field or equivalent experience
Two years relevant work experience, including data collection or data entry
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, familiarity using patient database applications and history of learning other software applications
