We are hiring 5 interns within our Marketing, Digital Marketing & Experience division for the spring and/or summer sessions.

Applicable majors may include: Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health or similar
[1] IU Health Plans Commercial Marketing Intern The IU Health Plans commercial marketing intern will help map communications going to members and will support the creation and execution of a variety marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong writing skills, an attention to detail, and enjoy working within a team environment.
[2] IU Health Plans Customer Experience Intern As an extension of Indiana University Health, Indiana University Health Plans focuses on providing the highest level of care to our members while giving them access to the top doctors across the state. The IU Health Plans customer experience team supports multiple facets of IU Health Plans, ensuring the development of a consistent and high quality experience for our member, employer, broker and provider customers. The experience design intern would be responsible for assisting with understanding and leveraging voice of the customer to inform organizational improvements.
[3] Experience Design Capabilities Intern Amidst the changing healthcare environment and rapid rise in consumerism, IU Health endeavors to consistently deliver memorable and engaging experiences to our patients and customers. We're seeking an out-of-the-box thinker to develop capabilities and resources to support leaders and team members in improving the patient experience. The successful candidate will work closely on the evolution of our Voice of the Customer platform by supporting the evolution of current channels while exploring new avenues and methods for partnering with patients and families in the future. Other projects and areas of focus may be assigned as needed. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who strives for excellence, exemplifies compassion, performs successfully as part of a team and independently, and is unafraid to test boundaries and challenge the status-quo. Based in downtown Indianapolis, some travel to other hospitals may be required as our team supports regional leaders across the system.
[4] System Specialty Care Marketing Intern The System Marketing Team for Specialty Care supports the achievement of strategic business unit marketing objectives through the development and execution of effective brand plans, identifying and implementing marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The marketing intern will provide support in the development of marketing communications materials and resources aligned with the marketing campaigns for the Adult Medical Center and Specialty Care. A successful candidate will be a self-starter and manage projects with sound methodologies, guidelines and attention to detail. Other projects and areas of focus may be assigned as needed in support of specialty care at IU Health.
[5] Human Computer Interaction Intern Intern will work closely with members of the Digital Marketing Experience's Product Team and will assist on projects that entail user research, usability testing and user testing. This person will support various ad hoc projects as needed for the team. This internship will help grow skills in A/B testing and user research, Google Analytics, website analysis and knowledge of the healthcare industry. Applicable majors may include: Human Computer Interaction, Informatics, Media Arts and Science

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Requires current enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree Program
Requires GPA of 3.2 or above on a scale of 4.0.
